Ingredients:
- onion
- garlic
- soy sauce
- lemon or calamansi
- salt
- pork liempo
- tofu
- ground black pepper (paminta)
- spring onion
- red chilli
- sugar
- cooking oil
Procedure:
- Boil pork with garlic, salt, and black pepper. Set aside for the meanwhile when cooked.
- For the tofu, heat cooking oil and fry until both sides of the tofu turns brown.
- Slice the boiled pork and fried tofu into small cubes. Place on a bowl
- Combine soy sauce, lemon juice or Calamansi, onion, spring onion, sugar, ground black pepper, and red chilli

- egg

- patis or fish sauce
- ampalaya or bitter gourd
- cooking oil
Procedure:
- Soak chopped bitter gourd into warm water and salt in about 10 minutes and strain to remove water.
- Sautee garlic and onion into frying pan
- Add tomato
- Ad the pork till it cooked
- Add fish sauce and add water (optional)
- Add the ground black pepper
- Put bitter gourd til half cook
- Bit the egg and pour over the bitter gourd and wait until it will partially cook
- Serve.

Procedure:
- Marinate the fish with salt atleast 10 minutes, this will
give additional taste to the fish
- Mag gisa ng onion and garlic
- Ilagay ang ginger
- Ilagay ang gata, lagyan ng kaunting tubig kung ayaw ng masyadong malapot at pakuluin
- Maglagay ng paminta at asin
- Ilagay ang isda kasabay ang siling haba or kung gusto ng medyo spicy maglagay ng pulang sili
- Kapag ang isda ay half cook na ilagay ang pechay hanggang maluto
