Ingredients:
Procedure:
- onion
- garlic
- tomato
- salt
- pork giniling or pork liempo
- egg
- ground black pepper (paminta)
- patis or fish sauce
- ampalaya or bitter gourd
- cooking oil
Procedure:
- Soak chopped bitter gourd into warm water and salt in about 10 minutes and strain to remove water.
- Sautee garlic and onion into frying pan
- Add tomato
- Ad the pork till it cooked
- Add fish sauce and add water (optional)
- Add the ground black pepper
- Put bitter gourd til half cook
- Bit the egg and pour over the bitter gourd and wait until it will partially cook
- Serve.
