Procedure:
- Boil pork with garlic, salt, and black pepper. Set aside for the meanwhile when cooked.
- For the tofu, heat cooking oil and fry until both sides of the tofu turns brown.
- Slice the boiled pork and fried tofu into small cubes. Place on a bowl
- Combine soy sauce, lemon juice or Calamansi, onion, spring onion, sugar, ground black pepper, and red chilli
