Tokwa't Baboy (Pork and Tofu)- by Abey sa Kusina


Ingredients:
  • onion
  • garlic
  • soy sauce
  • lemon or calamansi
  • salt
  • pork liempo
  • tofu
  • ground black pepper (paminta)
  • spring onion
  • red chilli
  • sugar
  • cooking oil


Procedure:

  1. Boil pork with garlic, salt, and black pepper. Set aside for the meanwhile when cooked.
  2. For the tofu, heat cooking oil and fry until both sides of the tofu turns brown.
  3. Slice the boiled pork and fried tofu into small cubes. Place on a bowl
  4. Combine soy sauce, lemon juice or Calamansi, onion, spring onion, sugar, ground black pepper, and red chilli


Serve and enjoy!
